1. NO Returns, Exchanges, or Only Unopened Product or Bottles will be accepted for refunds. Items must be returned via commercial carrier or the U.S. post office, at the customers expense, within 30 days from the date customer received the package.
  2. Refund or credit will be given only for any unopened bottles excluding any shipping charges, and will be given ONLY under the following conditions: 
  3. Refund Credits: Credits for undeliverable products will be given minus the shipping charges. Shipping charges are non refundable. 
  4. Cancellations - Customer must cancel the order before it has been shipped in order to get a refund or credit.
  5.  International Customers: Packages undelivered due to USPS errors or lost packages, will be replaced or refunded minus shipping charges after 42 days of non delivery of shipment. This is due to some extended times of delivery, as some International packages take longer than normal 10-14 days for delivery, as sometimes 30+ days occur. Or package stopped by the Customer's Customs Office. 
  6. US Customers: Packages undeliverable 2 weeks for delivery, will be eligible for a refund or replacement package.
  7.  Return Authorization Procedures - Customer MUST e-mail [email protected] to request a Return Authorization Number, prior to returning any products. A credit will be given your credit card; a compensation in products; or a credit will be given to the existing account. This will be determined by PPI Inc and customer, before the item is returned. Credits will be given within approximately 1 week of your request.
  8. Return Packages via US Mail to: PPI Inc. 13014 Green Grove Ln, Newport News, VA USA 23608. Write RMA Number on oustide of package. Packages must have prior approval with RMA before returning.
  9.  No refunds or credits will be given if the above conditions are not met.
