Caffeine
is a bitter substance found in coffee, tea, soft drinks, chocolate,

acid, an
alternative way to increase caffeine in your system is by taking
caffeine pills. Effective doses are 200 mg and up every 4 hours. Some
people take more. Caffeine tablets increase a persons alertness because
they are a physo active stimulant to the brain.
Use Caffeine Pills
and Tablets for late night studying,
long drives
and for times that lack of sleep cannot be avoided. Use caution when
taking these supplements and do not overdose. Use them for only the
minimum time necessary to produce t he desired results.
